The President:

• DOES NOT CREATE THE LAW.

• Is responsible for implementing and enforcing the laws written by Congress.

• Appoints the heads of the federal agencies, including the Cabinet (closest homies).

• Currently: Donald Trump

The Vice President:

• Ready to assume the Presidency, should the need arise. (ie. the pres dies.)

• Currently: Mike Pence

The Cabinet and Independent Federal Agencies:

• Responsible for helping the pres with day-to-day enforcement and administration of U.S Laws created by Congress.
